RAJSKI Ski School Regulations (Beskidzki RAJ Hotel / Mosorny Groń)
Participation in the "RAJSKI" Ski School activities is conditional upon the participant's familiarity with and acceptance of all the points of the regulations, and in the case of minors, upon their parents' or legal guardians' familiarity and acceptance. Enrolling in the activities is equivalent to accepting the regulations.
- The "RAJSKI" Ski School provides instruction in downhill skiing and snowboarding.
- Each lesson lasts for 55 minutes. The lesson time commences and concludes at a predetermined location.
- Participation in the activities requires prior registration.
- Reservations for activities can be made by phone or in person with an instructor.
- Changes to the lesson schedule are possible with a minimum of 4 hours' notice before the scheduled start.
- In the event of sudden unavailability of the assigned instructor for conducting activities, every effort will be made to substitute another instructor to ensure that the activities proceed as planned. If substitution is not possible, a new lesson time will be arranged or a refund may be offered.
- If a client arrives late for a lesson, there is no possibility to extend the lost time. The lesson will be conducted until the originally reserved time.
- Minors may participate in activities only with the knowledge and consent of their parents or legal guardians.
- It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to promptly pick up their child after the completion of activities.
- Every student up to the age of 16 is required to wear a protective helmet while skiing.
- Each student attending a lesson should come prepared with the necessary skiing or snowboarding equipment and a ski pass (if required).
- The school and the ski resort owner are not responsible for unattended belongings left on the premises of the ski school, the ski resort, or within the school building.
- The school may refuse to conduct a lesson if the client is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. In such cases, no refund will be granted to the client.
- The school is not responsible for the quality of the client's equipment. In case of equipment failure during a lesson, no claims can be made against the school or instructor.
- The school, along with the instructor, is not liable for any injuries or accidents to participants or their equipment during the lessons resulting from non-compliance with the instructor's instructions.
- Participants declare that they have no health contraindications for physical exercises. Individuals with health issues should consult a doctor before participating in physical activities.
- The ski school is not legally liable for clients who do not provide a medical certificate indicating their current health status and any contraindications to participating in the activities.
- The school is not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur to participants during the lessons.
- Matters not covered by this Regulation are regulated directly by the school's owner, who reserves the right to make changes to this Regulation.
- Customers using the ski school's services also accept the GDPR clause. In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), data obtained in connection with electronic service provision or distance contracts are processed by RAJSKI - Ski School conducted by Joanna Kasprzyk conducting business activity under the company name FOXHOMES, address: ul. Tadeusza Szafrana 5A/110, 30-363 Kraków, the registered office of RAJSKI ski school is located at Hotel Beskidzki RAJ Medical SPA, Stryszawa 667, 34-205 Stryszawa, which is the data controller. Any changes to personal data can be reported via email at szkolarajski@gmail.com.
- Customers of the Ski School RAJSKI consent to the use of their images in informational and promotional materials. It happens that individual and group photographs are taken during training sessions. These photos may be posted on our website, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. If you do not consent to being photographed, please inform the school office or the instructor.
- Cancellation of previously paid lessons can be made at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson by email to szkolarajski@gmail.com. No refunds will be granted after this deadline.
- Information about instructor availability, lesson reservations, and payments can be obtained only through the RAJSKI Office.
- RAJSKI Ski School reserves the right to replace the assigned instructor with another instructor, as needed, as stated in the Reservation confirmation.
- Participants of the training will be assigned to groups based on a declaration of their skill level. The school reserves the right to refuse to continue the course or to transfer the client to another group if it is found that the client's skills do not match the level of the group they were initially assigned to.
- Training hours - 1 training hour is 55 minutes. This means that 2 hours of training are 110 minutes, 3 hours of training are 165 minutes, and so on. Training hours within the training lesson are carried out directly one after the other or at separate times, depending on the arrangements between the client and RAJSKI (e.g., in the case of a package of training hours).
- During lessons, instructors are authorized to provide students, including minors, with appropriate instructions and to enforce commands and prohibitions necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the lesson and the safety of both the student and other individuals present on the slope. Instructors may refuse to continue the lesson in case of persistent non-compliance with their instructions. In such cases, the lesson fee is non-refundable.
ORGANIZATION OF PRIVATE AND GROUP LESSONS and COURSES
- A reserved private and/or group lesson must be paid for no later than 2 hours before its start.
- After this time, an unpaid lesson will automatically be canceled in the system, and rebooking may not be possible if the student arrives after the designated time.
- In case of email reservations and using selected course, the fee is collected in advance (100% of the training value).
- Morning lessons at 9 and 10 a.m. must be paid for no later than the day before the start of the lesson, during the school's working hours. Unpaid lessons will be canceled.
- In case of low attendance, group lessons may be canceled, and private lessons (with an additional fee) may be offered in their place. The client will be informed of the change by phone or email.
- In the event that a client is late for a paid lesson, there is no possibility to extend it. The lesson will be conducted until the originally reserved time.
- In the event of an accident or illness, the basis for a refund for previously paid private lessons is a medical certificate. To receive a refund, information about the incident and the cancellation of the lessons must be provided in person or by phone at least 2 hours before the start of the lessons. Morning lessons at 9 and 10 a.m. must be canceled on the day before the training (during the school's working hours).
- Changes to the lesson schedule are possible with a minimum of 2 hours' notice before the start of the lesson and must be reported in person at the school office or by phone. Changes to the schedule for lessons at 9 and 10 a.m. must be reported on the day before the training.
- In case of withdrawal from lessons after their start, the lesson fee is non-refundable.
- The promotional package is valid only for the current ski season. Unused lessons expire, and the funds paid do not carry over to the next season and are not refundable.
- In the event of sudden unavailability of the instructor, every effort will be made to substitute another instructor to ensure that the activities proceed as planned.
- Each lesson lasts for 55 minutes.
- Clients whose lessons take place outside the PKL Mosorny Groń or Rajski Beskidzki RAJ ski areas are responsible for paying the instructor's pass and covering transportation costs. The lesson time begins and ends at the RAJSKI School building.
- RAJSKI School is not responsible for the quality of the client's equipment. In the event of equipment failure during a lesson, the client has no claims against the school or instructor.
